Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling appointments with less than 24 hours notice will incur a minimum one-hour service charge, depending on the amount of time allocated for the appointment.

 

Payment

•  Payment in full is expected prior to or at the time of service.

•  No charge and discounted items become chargeable if payment is late.

•  Late payments are subject to a 1.5% late fee per month calculated from the day of service.

•  Returned checks result in a $35 returned check charge plus the discount given if paid at time of service, if applicable.

•  All legal expenses incurred in the collection of unpaid invoices, including filing and attorney fees, are the responsibility of the Client.

 

Rates

•  Rates are subject to change.

•  Coaching on weekends and holidays is billed at time and a half and double time, respectively. Please click here for our holiday schedule.

•  Deliverables are deemed "accepted" by Client unless Your Computer Coach, LLC, is notified to the contrary in writing within five (5) days of service.

Limitation of Liability

Your Computer Coach, LLC, shall not be liable to Client in any way for any losses including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of income, loss of data, or costs due to mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, errors, defects, or otherwise occurring in the course of furnishing services.

 

Indemnification

Client shall indemnify Your Computer Coach, LLC, against, and hold Your Computer Coach, LLC, harmless from, all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, judgments (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the service caused by the negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to adhere to recommendations made by Your Computer Coach, LLC, to Client or Client's employees, agents, or invitees.

Force Majeure

Your Computer Coach, LLC, shall not be liable for delays in performing, or failure to perform, services or any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, war, or acts of intervention of any governmental authority. We will use good faith efforts to minimize the effect of such delays.

 

No Warranty

Your Computer Coach, LLC, does not warranty hardware or software, even if recommended and/or procured by us for the Client.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service.
